Our
stock includes 7 and 12 inch singles, LPs and EPs many of which are
demos, promos or foreign pressings with dates covering the 50s, 60s,
70s, 80s and 90s. Stock is updated on a regular basis and all items
shown on the STOCK LIST are available
to buy unless shown as reserved. All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling
(GBP). Artists with names starting with the word "The" are
listed under the second word of their name. Eg - The Beatles would be
listed under Artist B as "BEATLES (THE)".
Grading
and condition - Our grading is strict. We even list superficial
sleeve marks etc. This is something we add in to tell you as best as
we can, the condition of the vinyl on offer. We do not sell sub-standard
items so please buy with confidence.
All
stock is processed individually before sale. Each item is given two
grades. The first grade shows the condition of the sleeve and any extra
items such as lyric sheets, booklets and posters. The second grade shows
the condition of the vinyl record. All grading is completed in accordance
with the grading system used by Record Collector magazine. See below
for an explanation of the grades we use on our stock list.
Sleeve
grade - If the item has no original sleeve we will provide
a company sleeve or plain sleeve as a replacement at no extra cost.
The sleeve grade would then be shown as a minus (-).
For example -/EX (no sleeve/excellent record
condition).
Record
grade - We only stock items which have a record grading
of VG (very good) or better. For example VG/EX (very good sleeve condition/excellent
record condition).
